Bid phase

In the bid phase, subcontractor-bids can be obtained on the basis of concrete material or work quantities. A selected bid can be taken over into the calculation.

Contract phase

Like in the bid phase, subcontractor-items can be put out for tender in the contract phase. The result of the subcontractor-negotiation leads to the award of the work to a concrete subcontractor.
In the contract phase, a controlling with regards to work and account can be performed for the authorized subcontractor. The subcontractor-performance quantities can be given to the linked contract BoQ.
