Estimate after contract award

The estimate after contract award is formed on the basis of the latest bid, with adjustments from the contract negotiations with the employer. It serves to document the contractual initial situation between the employer and the contractor.

First original budget

In the first original budget, the budgets for the cost types in the individual items will be determined on the basis of the bid costs. Therewith, together with the revenues agreed upon, a budgeted profit will be determined as business target for the construction project.

Current original budgets

The current original budget is the update of the first original budget during the construction period. Here, all changes will be included which are necessary to allow the calculation of the current construction work to the reporting date.
